We are on an exciting journey to expand our services into Endoscopy, including gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and haemorrhoidal banding. We are seeking flexible Endoscopy Practitioners to join our bank as we continue to expand throughout the UK.
The role involves working under the supervision of the Endoscopy Nurse in Charge to provide the best possible experience for patients. Responsibilities include participating in the entire patient pathway from pre-admission to procedure, recovery, and discharge. EPs contribute to the safe and effective functioning of their unit and support accreditation activities such as CQC and JAG GRS.
Since 2012, CHEC has collaborated with the NHS to increase patient choice and improve access to ophthalmology and gastroenterology care. Our nationwide community hospitals and clinics operate within a hub-and-spoke model, offering patients essential procedures and aiming for excellent clinical outcomes. We are expanding our services across England, including ENT and Dermatology. CHEC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, adhering to all safeguarding policies. Recruitment includes checks in line with NHS standards, and successful applicants may require an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
