About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Treetops is a high-dependency, residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger.
