Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication as part of the role.
• Opportunity to cover sleep in sessions, with an additional £60 per sleep in.
