We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Marion House in Bournemouth. We seek caring, community-minded individuals with the passion, skills, and experience to support adults with intellectual disabilities.

Our services focus on inclusion and personalized care, helping individuals thrive and live well. The role involves providing support and encouragement based on person-centered plans, maintaining accurate records, and possibly administering personal care and medication. There are opportunities to cover sleep-in sessions, paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Marion House is a residential care home for eight adults with intellectual disabilities, operating 24/7 with trained staff. Shaftesbury, the charity behind Marion House, runs 35 care homes and aims to promote connected lives through various services.
