Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people needs? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Bank Education Support Worker to join the team here at Victoria School

As an Education Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people, supporting their daily activities, educational needs, and personal development. You will work closely with a magnificent team including teachers, therapists and other support workers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

As an Education Support Worker at Victoria School you will be able to:

  • Support students’ throughout the school day, in a range of subjects and activities such as Reading, Maths, ICT, PE, Swimming, Dance, Drama, Food Tech and Music
  • Provide the highest standards of professional support to students.
  • Communicate with the students we support, using their preferred means of communication.
  • Promote and reinforce students’ self-esteem, social development and independence.
  • Provide direct care to all young people in line with agreed standards of care
  • Prepare classroom as directed for lessons, and clear afterwards.
  • Establish good working relationships with students.
  • Support students’ in their physical, emotional and educational development.
