Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Driver (Bank) for the Eastleigh HSSU Hub to support Sterile Services operations. You will handle deliveries, maintain equipment and tachograph records, and work flexible hours to cover ad hoc shifts across mornings and evenings.

You should have a C1 entitlement, a tachograph card (preferred), and be comfortable with manual handling of heavy trolleys. This role emphasises customer-facing responsibilities and being a professional ambassador for our unit.

Qualifications

• Full driving license with C1 entitlement
• Tachograph card preferred
• Comfort with manual handling of equipment up to 250 kg
• Knowledge of driver hour legislation
• Ambassador for the unit and customers

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver to customers.
• Keep delivery vehicles and equipment in good working order.
• Maintain tachograph records and documentation.
• Keep work environment clean and report faults/defects.
• Flexible shifts between 4am and 10pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
• Bank worker cover during sickness/holidays or peak periods.
