Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Hexham is seeking a Bank Driver to provide transport for escort visits for service users and staff at our 27-bed mental health facility.

You will perform vehicle safety checks, report any problems, and comply with Health & Safety policies and company protocols, including an enhanced DBS check where required.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean driving license (Essential).
• Bubbly personality and great communication skills.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

Youll be working Bank Hours at our site in Hexham helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people travelling in our care. Cygnet Hospital Hexham is our 27 bed mental health facility for women with complex mental health needs. The hospital is built to meet the latest national specifications for improving mental health within a therapeutic environment. Situated amongst the soft fields and meadows of the Tyne valley, which is known for its abbey, leafy parks, and mix of independent shops, the hospital will provide an important and much-needed service for service users within the North East of England. Responsibilities

Your day-to-day Weare looking fora Driver to provide transport for escort visits for both service users andstaff.Thorough vehicle checks to ensure Safety ChecksReporting of any problems and compliance with Health & Safety and company protocols.
