Bank Domestic Assistant - £12.00 per hour

Working Hours: Bank/0hr contract, shifts start at 8:00am, shifts finish between 15:00 - 17:30 depending on service requirements

We are seeking a Bank Domestic Assistant at Mill River Lodge. Join a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering the highest standard of care with the latest technology, and ensuring residents receive the care they deserve. Mill River Lodge has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, focusing on the needs of our residents daily.

This role offers a great opportunity within our busy domestic team in nursing, dementia, and residential care settings. You will work with a supportive team, providing excellent service to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in designated areas
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to residents and staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Use a variety of cleaning products safely, paying attention to COSHH regulations
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home

Full training will be provided, including leadership development opportunities. No previous experience or qualifications are required; we are happy to support your growth into an excellent team member.
