Shaw Healthcare seeks a Bank Domestic Assistant at Trenewydd to join our dedicated team committed to making a difference in residents' lives. Our goal is to deliver the highest standards of care, using the latest care technology to maximize time spent with service users. Trenewydd is a highly regarded care provider, with residents' needs at the core of our daily operations.

This role offers a chance to work within our nursing, dementia, and residential home sectors in a busy domestic team.

You will work as part of a great team, providing excellent service to residents and making a positive impact on their lives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, causing minimal disruption to residents and their care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying attention to COSHH regulations
• Work on your own initiative while maintaining high hygiene standards within the home

We provide full training, including leadership development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Working Hours: Zero-hour contract, as and when needed.
