Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join our team at The Grove. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to residents and their care
• Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying attention to COSHH regulations
• Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home

Full training will be provided, including leadership development opportunities. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary; we will support your growth into an excellent team member.
