We are looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join our team at Llys Hafren. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care, utilizing the latest care technology to allow more quality time with residents. Llys Hafren is highly regarded as a valued care provider, with residents' needs at the heart of all we do.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within our nursing, dementia, and residential home environments in our busy domestic team.

You will work as part of a great team, making a difference by delivering excellent service to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned areas.
2. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to residents and staff.
3. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
4. Working independently without direct supervision.
5. Using a variety of cleaning products, paying attention to COSHH regulations.
6. Maintaining a high level of hygiene within the home.

Full training will be provided, including leadership development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary; we are happy to support your development into an excellent team member.
