Bank Cleaner

Location: Rosary Priory, 93 Elstree Road, Bushey, WD23 4EE

Salary: £12.01 per hour

Hours: As and when required

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Cleaner at our CQC Retirement Communities Service at Rosary Priory, Bushey.

At Sanctuary Supported Living, we specialise in delivering a wide range of personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England to live as independently as possible.

The position of Cleaner is referred to internally at Sanctuary as Domestic Assistant.

The role of Bank Cleaner will include:

• Providing a personalised domestic service to the sisters, fulfilling housekeeping, cleaning and domestic tasks to meet sisters’ needs
• Ensuring a clean, comfortable and safe environment is maintained in the communal and service areas
• Responsible for the daily use of housekeeping equipment
• Monitoring of stock levels and reordering of supplies

Skills and experiences:

• Experience is not essential; however, some experience of undertaking general housekeeping or domestic duties would be desirable
• An approachable, caring and compassionate attitude is essential
• Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Ability to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy
• NVQ2 in Hospitality and Catering or willing to work towards, is desirable
