Are you a qualified Dietitian looking for flexible work in a supportive and dynamic team? NHS Western Isles is seeking a motivated and compassionate Bank Band 5 Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetics Department. This is a bank post, offering the opportunity to work as required across our hospital and community services.

About the Role

You will provide evidence-based dietary advice and treatment to patients across a range of clinical areas including diabetes, nutritional support, gastroenterology, paediatrics, eating disorders, and weight management. You’ll work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including remote clinics via Near Me and telephone, and travel to Uist and Barra as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics
  • HCPC registration as a Dietitian
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel across the Western Isles
