Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking qualified Dental Nurses to join our flexible bank team. Provide chairside support, prepare clinics, and ensure infection control while working across a cluster of practices.

Ideal candidates hold GDC registration with DBS and can adapt to different sites; you can choose shifts via our app and benefit from rolled-up holiday pay in a supportive, clinically led network.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.
• Valid DBS certificate.
• Previous experience working in a dental practice.
• Confident, adaptable, and comfortable working across different sites.
• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality chairside support to clinicians.
• Preparing and maintaining clinical environments in line with HTM 01-05 and infection control standards.
• Supporting smooth patient journeys with a friendly, professional approach.
• Adapting quickly to different practice environments and teams.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and internal policies at all times.
