Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking qualified Dental Nurses to join its flexible bank across Berkshire area and postcodes SL6, HP10, HP11, HP12, SL1. This bank role offers the ability to book shifts via an app and work across a cluster of practices, giving you variety, control, and local support.

You'll provide chairside support, maintain infection control standards, ensure smooth patient journeys, and adapt to different teams while complying with CQC and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.
• Valid DBS certificate.
• Experience working in a dental practice.
• Confident and adaptable with multi-site rotations.
• Infection control and clinical standards knowledge.
• Team-focused and patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside support to clinicians.
• Prepare and maintain clinical environments per HTM 01-05 and infection control standards.
• Support smooth patient journeys with professionalism.
• Adapt quickly to different practice environments.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and internal policies.
