Bank Chef - £14.90 per hour

Working Hours: 0hr contracts. shifts as and when required, Shift times: 0800hrs to 1715hrs

We are looking for a Bank Chef at New Elmcroft. You will work with a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care, treating our residents as we would our own family members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others as required, in a timely manner.
• Catering for cultural dietary preferences and special celebrations.
• Ordering supplies within budget and company guidelines, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
• Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and Local Authorities.
• Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen by following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
• Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
