Job summary

The Horder Centre in Crowborough is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the inpatient ward, working alongside consultants and therapists to guide patient care from admission to recovery. You will support and supervise junior nurses, participate in audits and service improvement, and cover out-of-hours periods as needed, with infection control and safeguarding at the core of practice.

Shifts include days, weekends, bank holidays and some nights, with out-of-hours duty nurse cover and a commitment

Qualifications

• UK-recognised nursing qualification.

• Work closely with consultants, therapists and fellow nurses to achieve the best outcomes.

Job description

A bank post for a Registered Nurse on the inpatient ward at The Horder Centre, the orthopaedic site run by Horder Healthcare. The nurse takes patients from admission through to recovery, giving individualised care alongside consultants and therapists while guiding junior nurses. Shifts cover days, weekends, bank holidays and some nights, with out-of-hours duty nurse cover. Fit depends on NMC registration, and the role carries no visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
