Advinia is seeking compassionate and dedicated community carers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. You will help with daily living activities, monitor health, and ensure comfort, safety, and well-being in clients' homes.

This nationally applicable post offers varied shifts including evenings and weekends, with pay from £12.71 to £14.50 per hour and options for full-time, part-time, temporary and zero hours contracts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A valid driving license with access to a vehicle is advantageous.
