We are looking for Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our nursing team in providing professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals
  • Teaching patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service-specific protocols in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes
  • Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home.
  • Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients.
  • Travel requirements across regions
What experience and skills are we looking for?

You will be a registered nurse and passionate about delivering first-class patient care.

  • Registered Nurse on NMC register
  • 5 years post-registration experience
  • Previous experience in the administration of IV therapies
