Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and serving meals to residents in a care setting.
• Understanding of HACCP guidelines and safe food handling practices.
• Knowledge of COSHH and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents in a timely manner.
• Cater for diverse dietary needs and cultural preferences.
• Assist with catering for celebrations and events at the Home.
• Order supplies within budget following company policy and approved suppliers.
• Maintain accurate catering records in line with HACCP.
• Participate in inspections by Environmental Health and local authorities.
• Uphold high hygiene standards in the kitchen in line with HACCP/COSHH.
• Support a safe and healthy working environment complying with Health & Safety.
