Position: Bank Chef at Prestemede

We are looking for a dedicated Bank Chef to join our team at Prestemede, a highly regarded care provider. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. The needs of our residents are central to all our activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing, cooking, and serving meals to residents and others promptly.
  • Catering to diverse dietary needs and cultural preferences.
  • Organizing meals for celebrations and events.
  • Ordering supplies within budget and company policies, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
  • Maintaining accurate catering records according to HACCP standards.
  • Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and Local Authorities.
  • Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen by following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
  • Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Health & Safety policies.
