We are looking for a Bank Chef to join the team at Maes-Y-Wennol. You will be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others in a timely manner.
• Catering to a varied diet, including cultural preferences.
• Catering for celebrations and events.
• Ordering supplies within the catering budget and company policy, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
• Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP.
• Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and Local Authorities.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
• Supporting a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Managing the Catering Team effectively.

Salary: £12.10 per hour
