Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Chef to join the team at Greenhill. You will work with a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Greenhill has an excellent reputation as a highly valued care provider, with the needs of our residents at the heart of everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others as required, ensuring timely delivery.
• Providing a varied diet that caters to different cultural preferences.
• Catering for celebrations and events within the Home.
• Ordering supplies within the catering budget and company policies, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
• Maintaining accurate catering records in line with HACCP standards.
• Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and local authorities.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen by following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
• Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Health & Safety policies.
• Managing the Catering Team effectively.

Salary: £14.47 per hour
