About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and caring individual to join our team at Trenewydd. You will work under the direction of the Cook to prepare and serve delicious home-cooked meals, ensuring high standards of care and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chef with food preparation
• Prepare hot meals and sandwiches for residents
• Load and unload dishwashers and wash equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
• Distribute crockery and clear tea trolleys
• Empty rubbish and keep areas tidy
• Ensure a hygienic environment
• Follow instructions from senior staff
• Meet the nutritional needs of residents
• Comply with health and safety policies
