Primelife is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join The Fieldings Residential Home in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Roles are offered on a bank basis with shifts available to support residents with disabilities and mental health needs.

You will provide respectful, dignified care and companionship, helping residents stay independent and engaged in daily activities. Ideal candidates are caring and patient; full training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to support residents.
• Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Full training is provided.

• Providing companionship while giving emotional and practical support
• Assisting residents to participate in daily living decisions
