Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Care Navigators to join our team supporting a group of busy and friendly GP practices. Responsibilities

As a Bank Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of practice services. This may include tasks such as processing clinical correspondence, handling patient queries, data entry, and supporting reception and back-office functions.

Working pattern and location

Shifts are offered on an ad-hoc, flexible basis depending on service needs. Typical working hours fall between 8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 17:00. You may be asked to work across different GP practices in the area, so the ability to travel is desirable.
