Main duties of the job

As a Bank Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of practice services. This may include tasks such as processing clinical correspondence, handling patient queries, data entry, and supporting reception and back-office functions.

Shifts are offered on an ad-hoc, flexible basis depending on service needs. Typical working hours fall between 8:00am - 20:00pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 17:00pm You may be asked to work across different GP practices in the area, so the ability to travel is desirable.

Qualifications
  • Level 2 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Word processing to OCR 2 standard International Computer Driving License (ICDL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft packages
Experience
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general officer procedures
