Overview
We’re Patron House, a Residential Care Home in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, providing residential care and support services for older people and those with dementia.

We’re seeking to recruit dedicated social care workers with the right values and attitude. We are looking for Bank Care Assistants to work days, nights, or a mixture of both, with no commitment to regular hours, allowing you to pick up shifts that suit your lifestyle. If you later decide you prefer permanent hours, we can work with you to secure suitable shifts.

About the job
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting personal care needs, assisting with meals, and helping residents engage in special interests and activities that promote their health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
