• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour and report changes in accordance with legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through group and individual activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
