Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant in a UK care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible working to support residents with daily living, companionship and care plans. You’ll help with meals, social activities, and one-to-one time, contributing to a caring, meaningful environment.

Experience of caring for older people and strong communication and empathy are key. Training will be provided to help you thrive in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people.

Responsibilities
