You’ll work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, delivering person-centred support with dignity and independence. You will join a small service with in-house activities and community integration, building confidence and life skills while

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.

• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
