Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Basingstoke is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join a warm, inclusive team. You will support people with learning and physical disabilities across multiple services, delivering safe, person-centred care with a focus on independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Support people across five services in the Basingstoke area.
• Provide safe, consistent, and person-centred support when regular team members are absent.
• Assist with daily routines, mobility and personal care as needed.
• Deliver training in safeguarding, moving and positioning, medications and person-centred approaches.
• Engage residents in meaningful community activities and trips.
