Hours of work: The hours are on an as-and-when-required basis, covering periods of sickness or annual leave. Availability of work varies depending on the needs of the Hospice. The Hospice is not obligated to offer work, and all work offered and accepted is separate from subsequent engagements. There is no mutual obligation between the Hospice and the Bank Care Assistant. You must be able to work shifts at short notice if required.
