Located in the beautiful High Peak, Watford House is a warm and welcoming 36-bed residential care home providing high quality Residential, Respite and Dementia care. Nestled in a peaceful location, our home offers a calm, supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our team and provide support as and when required. This flexible role is perfect for someone who is passionate about care and looking to make a meaningful impact while managing other commitments.

Your Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting them with daily living and helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Whether covering planned absences or providing additional support at busy times, your presence will help ensure continuity of care and a warm, safe environment for all residents. You will work closely with our permanent team, building trusted relationships and contributing to a positive and supportive culture throughout the home.

You will ideally have experience in a care setting and be comfortable working flexibly to meet the needs of the home. Most importantly, you will be kind, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellent care with patience, respect, and understanding.
