Bank Care Assistant – £12.77-£12.97 per hour + Benefits – Gateshead, NE11 9SZ

The Role

Do you have a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference? Can you bring warmth, patience, and respect to every interaction?

We are looking for Bank Care Assistants to join our CQC Outstanding rated residential care service in Whickham. You’ll work flexibly to cover holidays, sickness, and other staff absences, supporting older residents, some of whom live with dementia. This role does not offer sponsorship.

No two days are the same – you might be helping someone with their morning routine, supporting a resident to enjoy an arts and crafts session, or accompanying them to a social event. We’ll give you full training and ongoing support so you can feel confident in your role.
