  4. Creating a Safe, Comfortable Environment: Helping to keep the home clean and safe, ensuring everything is just right.
  5. Building Connections: Developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families.
  6. Staying in the Know: Communicating any changes in a service user's condition so we can provide the best care.

  2. A Natural Communicator: You can connect with others easily and make people feel heard and valued.
  3. Flexible & Ready to Help: You're happy to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and can adjust to service users' needs.
  4. Experienced (or not!): Previous care experience is great, but if you're new to the field, don't worry - we'll provide all the training you need!
  5. A Driver (if needed): You'll need a valid driver's license (and business insurance) if the role requires traveling between clients.

What We Offer:
We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and commitment. Here's what you'll enjoy when you join us:

  1. Great Pay: £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.01 per hour on weekends (including rolled-up holiday pay), paid weekly.
  2. Comprehensive Training & Support: We'll provide you with a 5-day induction and ongoing training to help you grow (paid at national minimum wage once you've worked 50 hours).
  3. Career Growth: Lots of opportunities to advance in your career within a supportive, family-like environment.
  4. A Warm, Friendly Team: Join a team that's more like family, where we support each other every step of the way.
  5. Extra Savings: We'll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration, and a Blue Light Card - saving you over £70! (Reimbursement available after you've worked for 4 weeks).
  6. Bonus for Referrals: Earn £150 when you refer a friend to work with us (paid after 12 weeks of their employment).
  7. Mileage & Travel Pay: We'll pay you for your travel time and mileage (25p per mile) to get between clients.
