  • Delivering a high level of personalised care and support, encouraging customers to live independently and promoting active support for all.
  • Supporting customers with washing, dressing, bathing, and hygiene routines.
  • Administering medication safely.
  • Assisting customers with shopping, cleaning, and laundry tasks.
  • Helping customers to arrange and attend appointments, e.g., with their GP.
  • Promoting a positive culture by engaging with customers to prevent social isolation.

Skills and experiences:
