Bank Care and Support Assistant

Role of Care and Support Assistant includes:

  • Supporting customers with learning and physical disabilities to maximize independence
  • Key working with individuals to develop and follow care plans
  • Providing high-quality, personalized care including personal care and medication management
  • Assisting with daily activities like washing and dressing
  • Supporting community engagement, visits, and appointments
  • Promoting social inclusion and a positive environment
  • Ensuring safety and undertaking risk assessments

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in personal care is desirable
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is desirable
