Hourly Rate (inclusive of annual leave): £33.06 - £40.91

Cleveland Clinic London is looking to recruit a Cardiac Scrub Practitioner to join our brand-new Bank Team. The flexible nature of temporary work on the Bank at Cleveland Clinic London is an excellent choice for a variety of people and circumstances. Whether you are looking for something to fit around education or family commitments, the opportunities are vast with the staff bank.

We have shifts available on the following patterns:

• Monday to Sunday Early Shifts: 07:30 – 17:30
• Monday to Sunday Long Days: 07:30 - 20:30

What will your duties include?

• Work with the multidisciplinary Theatre team to assess, implement, and evaluate effective care.
• Maintain accurate records reflecting changes in the patient’s condition and treatments.
• Scrubbing and circulating for cases.
• Provide the highest standard of care and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Theatre Manager, Deputy Theatre Manager, Team Leaders, and other Theatre Caregivers to carry out all relevant care and safety procedures according to Cleveland Clinic London guidelines.

What we need from you?

• Minimum 12 months’ UK experience as a Cardiac Scrub Practitioner within an acute hospital setting.
• Nursing registration (First Level) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or ODP registration with HCPC.
• Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
• Post-registration qualification relevant to the specialty.
• No restrictions on practice recorded on NMC record.
