The post holder will work autonomously and collaboratively with community teams within CLCH and other agencies to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people in Merton.
Responsibilities include managing a variety of conditions, performing advanced assessments, formulating treatment plans, leading clinical supervision, and developing evidence-based practices.
Provide clinical leadership, support planning and service development, monitor service efficacy, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
