Job Description

Cygnet Group are looking for an outstanding Bank Autism Support Worker to assist with delivering excellent care at Glyn House (ST11 9JG).

This role offers flexibility to choose shifts/hours that suit you whilst supporting with sickness and annual leave.

Glyn House supports individuals aged 18+ with autism and complex behavioural support needs. We provide specialist care and support which is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Candidate for this role will need to have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with adults with Autism and Complex Behaviours.

Responsibilities
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
