This post offers 21 hours or more per week. You will need to be available to commit to these hours weekly.

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for a Bank Advanced Support Worker with various shift patterns. You will need to be fully flexible.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead fulfilling lives.

You will support adults living in a scheme of bungalows, aged 20-60, with needs related to learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and physical disabilities. The individuals you support lead active, independent lives, engaging in volunteering, education, and social activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Social Care and experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, physical health, and challenging behavior, including PBS. If you lack a qualification but have relevant experience, you are also encouraged to apply.
We will support your development through specialist training and opportunities to learn new skills. During recruitment, you will meet the individuals we support firsthand to understand their needs and personalities.
