Spectrum is seeking a skilled, experienced Bank Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide essential clinical support to our Health and Justice services.
We’re looking for a confident ANP with experience of managing complex care and making decisions autonomously, based on sound evidence-based principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting vulnerable people and working collaboratively with GPs, pharmacists and Registered Nurses to provide the best outcomes for patients.
As an ANP, you’ll be a role model and ambassador to our nursing teams and will support them as a senior clinical leader, facilitating safe and effective prescribing, care planning and clinical decision-making.
You will also advise and mentor developing ANPs (where appropriate) and provide a high standard of leadership to colleagues. We’re looking for someone with expert clinical assessment skills and a real desire to make a difference – if that sounds like you, get in touch with us today.
