We are seeking a Bank advanced Clinical Practitioner with a professional registration of NMC or HCPC.
Please note this is not a trainee ACP post
The post holder will apply advanced clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making to the provision of clinical care to adults and children in an urgent treatment setting.
They will exercise a high degree of autonomy through the application of advanced clinical skills in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of adults and children.
You will apply advanced clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making to the provision of clinical care to adults and children, presenting with undifferentiated diagnosis both minor injuries and illness within a UTC setting.
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people\'s own homes and via virtual consultations.
