Bank Hospital Administrator | Flexible working| £12.26 per hour |Private Healthcare | Havant
Spire Portsmouth Hospital has an exciting and rewarding bank opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Acting as point person for all enquiries
* Carrying out various admin task, including filling of patient notes
* Compliance with forms and processes.
* Discharge of patients onto computer system ensuring accuracy of all information.
* Manage the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all calls or enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
* Undertake various clerical duties including checking of bed status reports, ordering and distribution of newspapers
Who we're looking for:
* Experience in an administration role is essential
* Good computer literacy
* Someone with a strong attention to detail who can work accurately under pressure
* Be a great a communicator as the role involves plenty of stakeholder engagement
