A healthcare organization in Wales seeks a dedicated professional for clerical and administrative support. The role involves managing diaries, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The post holder will provide a comprehensive clerical, administrative and secretarial support service within the North Wales Area. The post holder needs to work autonomously for the majority of the time but be able to seek advice when necessary. The post holder also needs to be able to communicate and exchange complex, sensitive information across the organisation both internally and externally, using tact and persuasive skills and demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The post holder will establish strong links with colleagues across the Health Board and with those providing services to patients both in and outside Powys. They will be responsible for organising meetings, preparing papers and taking minutes. The postholder will undertake reception duties as required.
