A leading music school based in Farnborough is seeking a Band Coach Recruiter to manage the recruitment of talented musicians. The role involves assessing candidates' musical abilities and facilitating the recruitment process. Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 to £28,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Travel: Regular travel required across the UK – you’ll need a full UK driving licence and your own car

As our new Band Coach Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in finding, assessing, and welcoming the talented musicians who make iRock such a great place to be. While your main focus will be recruiting Band Coaches, you may also support recruitment for other roles across the business as and when required. This isn’t just a desk job, you’ll be out there meeting people, running assessments, and using your musical ear and people skills to spot future iRock stars.
