Job summary

iRock School of Music is seeking a Band Coach to lead engaging, high-energy music sessions across primary schools in the Lincoln area. You will teach drums, keyboard, guitar and vocals, and help children prepare for performances.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with travel between schools, competitive salary starting at £27,000 with potential to £31,000, plus bonuses and mileage reimbursement. A UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Competent on at least two instruments (Drums, Guitar, Keys or Vocals).
• Friendly, upbeat and able to connect quickly with children and adults.
• Reliable and dedicated to giving each child a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy band sessions for groups of primary-aged children across up to 10 schools weekly.
• Teach drums, keyboard, guitar and vocals with confidence in at least two.
• Build warm relationships with pupils, parents and school staff.
