It is considering investments in new facilities and mechanisms to unlock land value and generate income through property assets. Currently, 50% of the Senior Development Surveyor role is seconded to the Deputy Director of Property.
We seek a Senior Development Surveyor / Asset Manager to support these initiatives. The role involves development consulting, asset management, legal agreements, procurement, project management, estate strategies, acquisitions, disposals, and town planning. A qualified surveyor with relevant experience is required.
