Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for a position in St. Neots, Cambridgeshiree. The role is available immediately for a short-term contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Band 8c Neuro Clinical Psychologist, you will lead and oversee the specialised neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme. You will deliver clinical neuropsychology services and manage the psychology team, including the supervision of two Assistant Psychologists. Supporting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all team members will be a key part of your role. You will provide specialist psychological advice and consultation, engage with local and national networks to raise the profile of our centre, and ensure all therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and effective. Monitoring clinical outcomes to maintain our status as a centre of excellence will also be a crucial responsibility.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Relevant doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Significant experience in neurobehavioral rehabilitation
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
